Custom Products

All our items are made-to-order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund.

Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from our print partners. Shipping times may vary depending on location and demand. We are not responsible for delays once an order is in transit.

Payment & Billing

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products, shipping delays outside our control, or technical issues with our website.
